Fans, cast, and creators of new series COLONY took to Twitter for an #AskCOLONY Q&A session during the show’s premiere. Questions included inquiries about casting, plot line, personal interactions of the cast, and more.
A particularly fun aspect of the live Tweet came from gifs posted by Legendary Entertainment of cast members doing the signature Josh Holloway hair flip!

If you have not yet visited the ColonyTV.com website, you are missing out on some awesome interactive features. The site takes you inside the Los Angeles bloc and allows you to set up your own security profile. But do not stop there.
There’s much more! You will have the opportunity to choose your side as a Collaborator or member of the Resistance movement. Changing loyalties makes you a double agent. Switching allegiances also allows you to unlock classified intel from both sides. Earn achievements by completing missions and other interactions with the site.
One of the most insightful features is the map of locations throughout the bloc. You can explore areas in the Green Zone as well as the Flats and learn about characters in those areas. Not all locations on the map are available yet depending on which episodes have aired. So check back regularly for new locations and available features. And if you are leaning toward the Resistance, be sure to keep your eyes and ears peeled for secret Geronimo broadcasts!
All the intel you unlock is stored in your personal Dossier for reference. And, of course, you earn increasing rank as you progress through the site as well. Be on the lookout for contests you can enter and new videos about your favorite new show, COLONY.
Check out a few snapshots from the website below and then log in for your own experience!
We have seen images of Carl Weathers in COLONY promo pics. But we do not yet know the context of his role. Fortunately, we now know he will be around for awhile! Mr. Weathers shared the following tweet today sharing that he would be in the next 8 episodes of the new USA Network series after the COLONY pilot.
COLONY pilot broadcast tonight, 10:00PM. You’ve got to WATCH to get context ’cause yours truly will be in the next 8 episodes. #BePeace

If you have not watched the COLONY yet on early release, be sure to tune in tonight at 10:00 p.m. EST to get on board. The show is quickly gaining a large and loyal following, so don’t miss out!
In the new series COLONY from USA Network, the Los Angeles area is now under a mysterious state of occupation. The ColonyTV website gives stories of the arrival of the new regime. There are tales of mayhem, separation of families, and threats of violence.
After the initial shock, “Colonists” begin their new lives with new rules and far fewer privileges. Some join a Resistance movement. Others enlist in the new “Red Hat” militia and enforce the laws of the Transitional Authority. Some keep their heads down and hope it all blows over sooner rather than later. Perhaps some try to play more than one side.
So, how would I respond? How would YOU respond? It’s certainly easier to envision how I would hope I would respond rather than have to consider my actual fears.
However, it is these questions that make said story so engaging. This story makes you think outside of your safety net and consider your own strengths and weaknesses.
Once again, I have turned to the growing number of COLONY fans to find out their thoughts on the best way to navigate the travails facing our survivors on screen. I posed three options to fans:
But leave it to the very intelligent fans of COLONY to provide much more creative options. Consider the following ideas shared by fans!
@TalkColonyTV First, lay low, observe and assess. Then join the resistance and enlist with the red hats as a spie. ^__^ I’d do it all. Lol
